 New Atmail Support Ticketing System

October 5, 2009

We would like to announce the implementation of our new ticketing system for all Atmail support requests.  This should provide both our current customers and any prospective customers with faster turnaround time as well as a method to track the status of support requests.  We’ve migrated all of our existing clients log in details from our client portal and existing clients can log in with their existing DownloadID and passwords.

You can log into the new ticketing system a couple of ways from the Atmail website:

  • Existing customers can log into the existing Client Portal using their Download ID and password.  All support requests from the client portal will be directed to the new ticketing system.
  • New users will be able to submit tickets to our support system using the online contact form

If you are a Premium Support or Corporate Support client, your tickets are flagged accordingly and brought to the top of our queue to help improve the response times of our technical and support staff.  We welcome any feedback on this new system and hope this will help in our effort to streamline our support offering and improve how we communicate with everybody.
