The purchase of the Atmail software or Atmail-server appliance comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. We want you to feel comfortable with our software and services. If we are unable to make it work for you as promised, we will refund your purchase amount. All refunds must meet the below requirements:
- Refunds of our software are available to our clients if the software does not work on the website/server as shown on in our demo or documentation.
- To receive a refund you must notify our company via email or phone with the reasons why you require a refund. Refunds will not be accepted if the problems can be resolved by Atmail within 24 hours.
- All refunds must occur less than 31 days after purchase of the software.
- All references and files of the software must be deleted from websites, servers and any other places of storage.
- Atmail will not accept refunds where the problems are caused by extensive modifications to the software.
