We at Atmail believe that the best incentive to be involved with our Reseller Program is high reseller discounts.

We offer a much higher profit margin than other reseller programs -- Discounts for the @Mail software range from 25% to 35%. You can view these percentages in our pricing tables below. With low startup cost and high profit potential, you can use the @Mail software to further the success of your business.

A site-wide OEM license of the @Mail Webmail client, or Email-server solution is available to purchase. This allows the @Mail software to be rebranded and bundled on a hardware appliance or integrated with another software solution. Pricing is available on request, price varies according to the number of units shipped and userbase requirements.

Atmail Terms of Reseller Agreement. These Terms indicate non-exclusive rights only.

1. License Eligibility:
Reseller Applicants must first purchase a version of the @Mail software to be eligible for the Reseller Discount. The Reseller Program is targeted toward distributors of the software, not end users who want to receive a discount for a single purchase of the software. Only approved distributors will be granted the Reseller Discount pricing for @Mail.

Experience with and in-depth knowledge of the installation and administration process is necessary to the Reseller's ability to fully support his/her clients. If you have not received confirmation of the acceptance of your Reseller Application and/or a personal download identification, please contact to arrange this.

2. License period:
The Reseller Agreement is valid for one year and will be reviewed per annum. Atmail.com may terminate this agreement if no sales of the @Mail software have taken place within a three (3) month period.

3. Distributor Discount:
Distributor discounts are set by Atmail, and are based upon the retail price. The current discount rate ranges from 25% to 35%, depending on the version of software and volume sold.

4. Volume Discount:
The distributor can qualify for additional volume discounts depending upon the amount of software sold in a three month period. The volume discount is currently 5-10%. This is negotiable after a 6 month reseller period has occurred.

5. Prices:
All prices appear in United States Dollars (USD). The retail prices are set by Atmail and reflect the 'suggested' price of the @Mail software. Each edition maintains it's own pricing structure and Atmail reserves the right to reset the retail price for any reason. Any notice or change of pricing structure or policy will be mentioned to the Reseller prior to making the information public, if requested by the Reseller.

6. Payment:
Payment must be made before software is provided. Payment will be via the Reseller download page, and all payments must be made with a recognized credit card. Distributors must enter a unique identification code that will be given upon agreement of Reseller license to obtain the software.

7. Technical Support:
Atmail will provide Tier 2 Support. This includes email and telephone support to the Reseller and not to the end user. Atmail is open for business from 9:00am to 5:00pm in both Idaho USA and Eastern Coastal Australia timezones. Technical support is available during weekends and business hours via email. There is a 6-24 hour turnaround for critical bug fixes, support for critical server issues, and other technical complications or issues.

8. Product Upgrades:
Atmail will provide customers free upgrades as the version specifies. After this time period has expired, all additional copies of future editions will be sold at 50% discount off current retail price.

9. Further sales:
Additional purchases such as remote installation or customizations are to be determined between the distributor and client. The distributor has the right to 100% of the revenue created by their additions. The recommended price for installation is $100 although the price is negotiable between the distributor and client.

10. Liability:
Atmail assumes responsibility for the quality of the @Mail software only. Any failure or complications that do not result as a direct consequence of the @Mail software are not the responsibility of Atmail. This includes problems with hardware, server, OS and any other components not composed of software sold by Atmail.

11. Taxes:
The Reseller must take responsibility for all municipal, state and federal taxes.

12. Confidentiality:
Reseller agrees to maintain all confidential information of Atmail in strict confidence. Reseller agrees not to, directly or indirectly, sub license, publish, distribute, disclose, disseminate, reverse engineer, recompile, copy or reproduce the Software except as contemplated by this Agreement. Any independent contractors who may work for the Reseller shall also be bound by this agreement of confidentiality.

13. Site wide OEM license
The site-wide OEM agreement for @Mail is based on a yearly or two year basis, and can be renewed for further product versions and support.
