Can I make my payment via Credit-Card?

What are my support options?
Included with your purchase of AtMail is a one-year technical support and free upgrade period. After one year you can optionally renew the support/new-version period -- this is an additional cost of 50% of the original purchase price. Priority support is also available for an added fee, which gives your communications priority over the standard support agreement.
Can I get an educational or non-profit organization discount?
We provide a discount for AtMail purchases to educational or not-for-profit organizations, please contact our sales team to discuss your AtMail software needs and your eligibility for discounts.
How do I upgrade my AtMail License?
You can upgrade your license using our upgrade page:

Is the User Licensing based on total mailboxes or concurrent users?
Total number of user accounts, or mailboxes (total number of email addresses). The number of users online at a given
time is not a factor in the user licensing.
For the AtMail server mode do email aliases count towards the user-license?
No, email aliases on the server-mode of AtMail do not count towards the user-license. Within AtMail the user-license is calculated from the amount on "real" user-accounts created, not aliases.
If I have 2,000 users on my mail-server, what user license do I need for the AtMail WebMail client?
When using AtMail as the Webmail client you need to purchase a user-license to accommodate the number of accounts that will use the service. For example, if you have 2,000 users on your mailsever and 50% of users will access the WebMail client, you will need to purchase a 1,000 user-license for AtMail. How quickly is the software delivered once I order?
All orders of AtMail are manually processed - After placing your order via credit-card you will receive download details within 1 to 12 hours. For purchases via Check, Bank-transfer or PO, the download details for AtMail will be sent via
email once confirmation of payment is received.
Is the full-source code included on the commercial version?
Yes - The full source-code of AtMail is provided with the commercial version. This allows you to customize any element
of the software for your needs. The WebMail interface of AtMail is based on an HTML template system, allowing any web
-designer to easily modify the interface of the software.
Is AtMail available through any distributors or resellers?
Currently AtMail is sold direct to customers from the online
order form. Resellers
and distributors are welcome to signup for the
Reseller program to promote
the software in their region.
What is the difference between the Open source edition and commercial?
The Open source edition of AtMail is provided as a lightweight and simple Ajax Webmail client. The commercial version of AtMail includes all the enhanced features such as Groupware, Calendaring, Advanced interface for IE/Firefox, POP3/maildir support, Mail-server edition, Webadmin, Outlook Synchronization and more.
