atmail’s Response to COVID-19

Our CEO Dave Richards sent this message directly to our valued atmail customers on 17 March:

Firstly, I would like to send my best wishes to your families, colleagues and communities. May you all stay safe and healthy in these uncertain times.

Secondly, I wish to assure you that COVID-19 should have no foreseeable impact to atmail operationally. Our team is now working remotely and is well-equipped to do so, so even though our offices are closed, our service hours will not change.

Thirdly, due to travel restrictions, please understand that our team members will not be able to travel until further notice. We thank you in advance for allowing us to transition any in-person meetings to video conference instead.

We are keeping abreast of all developments and commit to responding quickly to any new directive. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and communities, as best we can.
